Tori is experienced and knows exactly how to deal with my red hair. I see other therpists if Tori isn't available and they never disappoint with their service. High quality staff, a top notch experience and high quality service has ways been a priority for this business! 2017: Victoria gave me the best spray tan I have ever had and I have had a lot! There was a bit of a hiccup with my booking not being loaded into the system but Victoria went out of her way to accommodate me and I was glad she did. Highly recommended.”

“Came into today, got brows tint and shape. The shop is beautiful and set up well, very clean with gorgeous fixtures, colors and the music was relaxing. My brow tecninician mapped my brows, tinted and shaped them with meticulous care and thought. She did not leave me and constantly checked on the tint progress. She explained the process thoroughly to ensure I understood each step. While waiting for tint to curate, I got a complimentary head massage! It was beautiful and best place I've been to in Hamilton for such service I will come back from now on. Thank you for you kind, thoughtful service.”

“This is the second year in a row I've been here for my birthday. Decor is calming, staff are friendly, and the treatments are oh so relaxing. I feel asleep during mine. They even give a little chocolate eclair afterwards which seems trivial, but it's those little things which are up to a great experience. They even gave a birthday discount voucher, and booking online was easy”

“Absolutely stunning set-up and beautiful embellishments of the natural character of the house. To me, Vital Balance is a magical RnR centre paired with wonderful and caring staff. This centre is run by Robyn who has a fantastic reputation in the body & mind therapy field. She comes highly recommended by Sunflower Therapies health and wellness centre (located on the same road) and all communications with her are friendly and caring. She also went out of her way to help co-ordinate the several various beauty treatments i was seeking- in a last minute booking i requested the night before!! MY BOOKING: My therapist Farah was absolute delight and i felt safe in the hands of a friendly professional. She knew exactly what she was doing and took great care of me. The quickest and least painful wax I've ever had done on my Braz and Armpits, thank god! Also- they have herbal teapot that is the cutest!!! Love the entire vibe here. Couldn't recommend enough!
